Mothers Day - Mommy x3 ?

This year Mothers day was a bit different. We celebrated Julie being a Mommy of three! Yes I said Three. Julie is 11 weeks pregnant, and taking very good care of number 3 in her womb, along with taking very good care of Both Joshua and Janna.
1st ultra sound - 11 weeks pregnant

Number 3 came to us as much a surprise to us, and was not in our plan...but we know and are continually being reminded that Gods plan is perfect, and our plan is not. We talk often about our lives and how things have not worked out how we want it, but then looking back it was perfect and we would not take back anything. God has never given us anything we can't handle so we know that as parents we can handle having our two youngest only 15 months apart, if we couldn't God would not have it be. We know that this journey we are on will be very challenging yet very rewarding.

We celebrated mothers day like we do every year. We went to one of Julie's favorite places Doheny beach for camping. Julie has gone there with her family since she was a baby. It is so nice to celebrate with the family and all the moms. Mom, grandma, great grandma, cousin, and Auntie. All the dads cooked up a wonderful brunch for the mommys! It was a great weekend of fun. We enjoyed our time at the beach, and we are truly excited that our children are being introduced to camping at a young age, and they are already finding much joy in it. We love creating memories for our children to look back on.

~Here are some pics from our weekend~

Joshua Wayne Turns Three

Three years ago on April 18th ...we were blessed with our Baby boy. The last three years have truly flown by, but it has been amazing as we have watched our little J grow and develop his personality. God is sooo Good. A few weeks ago he turned three :) After getting a great idea from a friend we decided we would start making the tradition of decorating our kids door ways the night before their birthday so when they wake up they are surprised and realize the day they have been waiting for it here. J was in great anticipation .......and was happy to see all his Balloons!

Good morning Birthday Boy!

Mommy made a special Birthday Boy breakfast!

Yummy!
After Breakfast Daddy and J went off to the Movies to start of his day of celebration. It was so nice to have his birthday fall on a Saturday this year, and it was real fun to have his Birthday Party on his actual birthday!

Welcome to CAMP JOSHUA
For his Birthday this year we decided to do a Camp theme. Joshua really loves camping....he is always wanting to go. He loves the ourdoors so we thought this would be perfect.

First on the agenda was a nature walk. Daddy took all the kiddos on a little walk to collect nature!
The made a nature bracelet.
Here is J's

J was not too sure if he liked them crawling on him.

Look at them all...so fun!

Mommy made a dirt cake for J. Yummy worms!

Fun on the swings. Such a big boy!

J and all the kiddos sat in the tent to open presents.
